Maggie

Maggie is both friend, and body guard, to our Chihuahuas. She is a purebred Boxer, who was rescued from a bad situation. She has become a very loved member of the family, and shows her gratitude with a fierce protection of all of us.

Girl Juno

May 6, 1983 - June 13, 2008

Our beloved old girl has passed away. She will be dearly missed.

Juno is a 25 year old Quarter Horse mare. She has aged very well, and is still used for riding, by our 12 year old girl. She still wants to get up and go, but she is very conscious of her inexperienced rider. Juno is a great asset to our farm. Because of that, she is also very spoiled!

Chancy

Chancy is an 11 year old Quarter Horse gelding. He only became a gelding last fall, so he still carries himself as a stallion. He is gorgeous to watch. He is jet black, and very sweet. We hope to have him to the trainer this summer, but for now, he makes a great companion to the old mare. He has also gotten quite spoiled, our young lady is horse obsessed.

Shetani

Shetani is a very young Red Cornsnake. It is hard to tell in the photos, but she is pink and red, with red eyes. She is a very beautiful, and graceful creature. I wanted her to feel as though she is in a more natural setting, so we do not handle her. However, she is very gentle, and never threatens to strike. She is very patient at feeding time. She watches as her food is set, and waits until the lid has been replaced to make her move. She is growing very quickly. She was about 14 inches long when I purchased her, It has been 5 months, and now she is 26 inches long!

The Kittens

These girls are about 12 weeks old. They were brought to our farm, with their mother, to rid us of rodents. Shortly after they got here, their mother moved on. They accidentally got spoiled, so they aren't much of a clean-up crew anymore.

Haley

Haley is very sweet and loveable. Sadly, she seems to be mostly deaf, and blind in one eye. We don't expect much hunting out of her, but that's alright, she is a very beautiful cat with a heart of gold.

Georgia

Georgia is the runt. She is less than half the size of her sisters. She is a little dim. Staring off into space a lot of the time. But she loves to be held. She has the loudest motor of the four girls. She is feisty when she plays, so she may pick up hunting later.

Tiger Lilly

We call her Lilly for short. Lilly will be an awesome hunter!! She has already had her first kill. As tough as she is, she lets down her guard when her sisters aren't watching. She loves to be belly rubbed, and cuddled. She is also very good about watching out for her sisters. If they are headed for trouble she heads them off, and calls out to them to follow her back to safety.

Shayla

She is just a little bigger than Georgia. But still much smaller than Haley & Lilly. She seems to only be able to hear loud sounds. She will roll all over your feet trying to get you to pick her up. She is a lover, not a fighter. When the sisters' wrestle she stays back. When its nap time, she is smack in the middle of the bunch!
